You have the right to return or exchange your item within 30 days of purchase.
For exchanges or returns, shipping costs SEK 39 and is automatically deducted from your return payment.
When returning or exchanging, the item must be unused and returned in its original packaging.
For exchanges or returns outside of Sweden, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs yourself. Please contact customer service at: shop@sofiawistam.se and we will assist you further.
Complaints can be made through the portal below. Please note that the warranty is valid for 1 year and that careless use is not grounds for complaint.
