Please find below the terms and conditions applicable to your purchase;
they explain your rights as a customer. Should you have any questions, please
do not hesitate to contact us at shop@sofiawistam.se, and we will happily
explain anything to you. We hope that you will be happy with your purchase!
General
These general terms and conditions (hereafter referred to as the
"Terms") apply to all orders placed by the customer (hereafter referred
to as the "Customer" or "you") and By Sofia Wistam, org no
SE556637299001 (hereafter referred to the "Company", "we"
or "us") on www.bysofiawistam.com (hereafter referred to as the
"Website").
By accepting the Terms, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or
older, or that you have the consent of your legal guardian, and that you meet
the requirements of the Terms. You also confirm that you have read the
information regarding the handling of your personal data and cookies, and that
you agree to the use of your data in accordance with Shopify's Privacy
Policy.
We sell our products to several countries and jurisdictions, and these
Terms are designed to be applicable globally. However, depending on your
country of residence, mandatory legislation may apply. We respect applicable
laws and nothing in these Terms shall be construed as a limitation of your
statutory rights, if such laws grant you greater rights than provided here.
By accepting these Terms, you understand and agree that all orders,
purchases and transactions are made exclusively between the Company and the
Customer.
Orders, etc.
Once you receive an order confirmation from us, it means that your order
has been accepted and that you have entered into a purchase agreement. We
recommend that you keep you order confirmation for any future contact with us.
We reserve the right to refuse an order for various reasons, such as if you
submit incorrect personal information and/or hold previous unpaid debts.
You have the right to withdraw your order until it has been confirmed by
us. We will then repay any costs that you, your bank account or credit card
company has incurred for the order.
We have the right to cancel an order if the ordered products are sold
out. We will then repay any costs incurred to you and inform you of similar
products if any are available.
All products remain our property until we have received full payment for
them.
Customer information, etc.
You are responsible for ensuring that all personal data you provide to
us are correct and complete.
You are responsible for all purchases made with your login details (such
as payment cards). Please be sure to keep you login details safe from anyone
accessing them without your permission. Please inform us if you suspect that
someone ha accessed your login information without your permission.
Prices, fees, etc.
Prices shown on the Website apply to orders placed on the Website. All
prices are in the currency stated on the Website and include VAT. Unless
otherwise stated on the Website, payment fees and shipping costs are not
included, and these are listed separately. Please note that local fees (such as
customs, currency exchange fees and credit or debit card fees) may apply
depending on where you live and your local laws. For example, the customs fee for
Norway is 140 NOK. You are responsible for such fees, and they will not be paid
by us.
Shipping and delivery
Products that are in stock are normally delivered within the number of
workdays specified below. The estimated delivery time for an order is stated in
the order confirmation. In the event of delay, we will inform you and continue
to monitor your order. You have the right to cancel your order if the delivery
is delayed for more than 30 days, unless the delay has been caused by you.
The item you have ordered is packaged and shipped from our warehouse
within 1-2 workdays. Additional delivery time is normally:
· Sweden 2-5 workdays.
· EU 3-4 workdays.
· Norway 5–7 workdays
· USA 5-7 workdays
Depending on shipping method, you may need to collect your order from a
specific collection point. If so, you must collect within the timeframe
specified on the parcel notice. If you fail to collect the order on time,
charges may apply and your order may be returned to us at your expense. We may
also cancel the order if you fail to collect it on time.
Free shipping applies to all deliveries within Sweden.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw and return your order by notifying us at shop@sofiawistam.se within 14 days of
receipt of your product. You then have 14 days after you have sent us your
notice of return to return the products to us at your own expense. You are
responsible for ensuring the good condition of the product or products during
shipment back to us. We therefore recommend that you send them back well
packaged, in good condition and in the original box and/or packaging.
We will refund you the amount you paid for the product as soon as we receive
the return. Your refund is issued using the same payment method as you used to
pay for the returned products unless otherwise agreed.

www.sofiawistam.com handles personal data in accordance with GDPR. See
our privacy policy for information on how we handle your
personal data.
Payment card information
When you shop at www.bysofiawistam.com, your payment is processed by Shopify
Payments or Mondido Payments, a secure electronic payment system for Visa and
Master Card/Eurocard. All payment card information is stored in accordance with
the regulations of the card networks. SLS/TSL – Security and credit card
information All payment card information is handled securely on a secure https
page and transferred with new versions of TLS.
Security
Our entire webpage is encrypted SSL. If you are on a website that shows
https in the address field, all traffic between you as a visitor and the server
you communicate with is encrypted. This makes it very difficult to intercept or
manipulate information that is sent between the two of you. SSL thereby
provides a much higher level of security than an unencrypted http connection.
Warranty and complaints
If your jewelry breaks, please contact us at shop@sofiawistam.com. Keep your order confirmation at hand for a
quicker handling. You have the right, within 2 years of receiving of your
product, to submit a complaint about a product that is defect according to
prevailing consumer protection legislation. Our warranties only cover
manufacturing defects. Contact us as soon as you discover the defect.
Jewelry that breaks due to careless handling is not considered a
manufacturing defect, and the reparation cost should be covered by the
customer.

Limitation of liability
Unless local law states otherwise, our liability is limited to direct
damages and under no circumstances shall we be held liable for indirect
damages, such as loss of income, etc.
Intellectual property rights
The Website and all its content is fully owned by us and our licensors,
and is protected by intellectual property and marketing laws. This means that
brands, company names, product names, photos and graphics, design, layout and
information about products, services and other content must not be copied or
used without written approval from us.
Disclaimer
We reserve the right to make errors in images and typography on the
Website, as well as in product description, technical information, pricing or
information regarding a product's stock status. We reserve the right to correct
obvious mistakes and we can at any time change or update information on the
Website.
Images on the Website are only illustrative and provide no guaranteed
representation of the exact number of products you receive if you order. Nor
are they a guaranteed representation of appearance, function or origin of the
product.
Amendments to the Terms
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. In such case, we
will apply the amended Terms on the Website and they come into effect when you
accept them (when you place a new order via the Website, or when you visit the
Website).
Conflict of laws and Dispute resolution
In the event of a dispute, we endeavour to follow the decisions from the
relevant national consumer protection authorities.
Disputes regarding the interpretation or application of these Terms
shall be governed by the country or state from which we conduct our business,
and shall be non-exclusively judged by a court where we are based.
"Non-exclusively judged" means that you can bring legal action
against us within another jurisdiction, if such a right exists under national
law.
