HANDLING OF PERSONAL DATA

GDPR is the data protection law that applies throughout the EU since 25 May 2018. As a customer of BySofiaWistam, you can be confident that we handle your personal data with utmost integrity. The new law means that you as a customer have the right to ask for any contact information we have stored about you. As customer, you submit your personal information at checkout when placing an order. We collect these details in order to send your purchased item, and to send you marketing material if you have approved our doing so. We also collect your mobile phone number and email address so that the relevant courier can notify you of delivery via SMS/email. We also use your email address to send you an order confirmation, invoice and other communication, such as returns and complaints. No other information is collected that is more private, such as political views, etc. Distribution of personal data is done to: The person or party who handles the finances depending on which payment method you as the customer have selected at checkout. We have partnerships with Klarna, Mondido, and Swish.

Legal basis: Completion of the purchase agreement. Collection of your personal data is required for us to fulfil our commitment under the purchase agreement. If your personal information is not provided, our commitment cannot be fulfilled and we will be forced to decline your purchase.

In order to handle offers and newsletters, your information is saved via Shopify.

We also use Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel to measure traffic to our website.

We never keep your personal information for longer than what is necessary for each purpose.

It may happen that we make changes in our privacy policy. The latest version of our privacy policy will always be posted here on the website.
